CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – Cloud Integration position for our client in Dallas, TX.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Serve as a subject matter expert in FileNet P8 and related enterprise content management (ECM) technologies.
Perform platform setup, configuration, migration, and in-place upgrades.
Support customer onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
Administer and maintain supporting tools such as WebSphere, ICC, Case Manager, Datacap, and other ECM-related solutions.
Configure and manage Data Router and secure FTP connections.
Perform security remediation and system optimization tasks.
Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for ECM-related issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Skills:
Expert-level knowledge of FileNet P8 and ECM technologies.
Deep understanding of ECM suite components, including ICC, Case Manager, CCN, Datacap, and Kofax.
Proficiency in installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade processes.
Strong experience with WebSphere administration and security hardening.
Skilled in Data Router setup and secure file transfer protocols.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience with FileNet P8 and ECM suite components.
Proven track record in large-scale ECM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Experience working in complex, enterprise-level IT environments.
Education:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
