Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a USA - Supply Planner to join their team. As a Supply Planner, you will be part of the supply chain department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: USA - Supply Planner Location: Hoboken, NJ Pay Range: $37 - $47 hourly (W2) Contract: 7 months (extension possible) What's the Job?
- Own the end-to-end supply planning and execution of in/out display programs under the skin cleansing category.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with supply, brand, customer service, packaging, and manufacturing teams to align on timelines and requirements.
- Develop project timelines and ensure critical milestones (design lock, PO placement, production start, ship date) are met.
- Manage component and material readiness, identify supply risks, and drive resolution to avoid delays.
- Track demand signals and customer commitments to ensure alignment with supply plans.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning or project management (CPG experience a plus).
- Experience working with promotional or short-lead-time programs is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel, project planning tools, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
