Job Summary: We're looking for a professional, customer-driven Service Technician to join our team. You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles in a supportive and well-equipped environment. Acura/Honda dealership experience is a plus, but not required. What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems
- Clearly explain repairs and issues to clients
- Plan repair procedures using charts, manuals, and your experience
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and general mechanic work
- Repair and replace brakes, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts
- Keep the repair shop clean and organized
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Stay up to date on certifications and hands-on training
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Prior technician experience required; Acura/Honda experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and commitment to customer service
Physical Demands: This is a hands-on role that requires standing, walking, and manual dexterity. You'll occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs and work around moving parts, fumes, and varying temperatures. Work Environment: The shop is fast-paced and often loud.
