ELECTRICAL ENGINEER s an Electrical Engineer, you will be working with our team of engineers to provide engineering design and technical support. Responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to the following: - Work within project schedules and deadlines. - Review and be familiar with approved design criteria and codes. - Review scope of project to clearly define what our deliverables will be. - Create and review calculations specific for the design. - Prepare reports outlining design criteria or analysis of equipment. - Ability to interact and talk with clients to review project status or deliverables. - Travel to client's site to attend meetings or gather additional information for the project. Education, Experience and Skills successful candidate will possess the following: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Licensure is not required. - Knowledge and understanding to design power systems - Designing Instrumentation systems - Perform Arc Flash Studies for heavy manufacturing facilities - Experience with motor control systems including D.C., A.C., and VFD controls - Familiarity of 3 phase electrical circuits - PLC programming - Be able to read and interpret drawings for review and reference. - 3 to 5 years prior experience utilizing mechanical engineering principles. - Proficient in AutoCad and other softwares used for designing - Having prior experience working within Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Facilities
