Selectek is seeking a qualified Document Control Administrator for a partnering company in Smyrna. Georgia. Candidates in this role will will support the Project Engineers and to some extent the project managers by handling all document control duties.ÂEmployment Type: Contract-to-DirectÂLocation: Smyrna, GAExpected Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour before conversion depending on experience.Job Requirements:•   2 plus years of experience as a Document Control Admin for either a construction firm or electrical engineering firm.•   Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)•   Effective written & verbal communication skills•   Ability to multitaskÂPreferred:•   Document Control Software experience with Procore, Sharepoint, Bluebeam, Autodesk is not required but highly preferred.•   College DegreeÂIn addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.Job Duties:•   Manage and maintain project documents including contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, and specifications•   Monitor document revisions and ensure up-to-date records through version control processes•   Coordinate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to track documentation flow and deadlines•   Prepare and distribute document packages and reports to internal teams and clients•   Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, client requirements, and company protocols•   Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and digital filingÂFor more information on this position or other openings around the southeast, call Joey Fairbanks  with Selectek at 470.###.####.
