The primary responsibility of credentialed trainers is to lead end-user training using the curriculum designed. This includes preparing for class, setting up the classroom, facilitating the class, and following up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom. Credentialed trainers also collect valuable feedback from trainees in class and report that information to the IT Manager. 1. Lead end-user training using the curriculum designed 2. Delivers training programs formally (e.g. classroom) and informal (e.g. during elbow support) 3. Preparing for class, setting up the training room, facilitating the class 4. Following up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom 5. Collect valuable feedback from trainees in class and report that information to the principal trainer. 6. Help update training materials 7. Testing lesson plans and training environment build 8. Facilitating study halls and user settings labs for providers or other attendees 9. Administering end-user proficiency assessments and in-system checklists 10. Supporting end users with at-the-elbow go-live support 11. Administering post-live refresher, optimization, and skills-enhancement training 12. Act as the initial point of contact for users seeking assistance from IT, basic troubleshooting, answering frequently asked questions and guiding them through simple issues using available training information and documented workflows. 13. Acting as the first line of support for users with basic queries before escalating to more advanced levels of assistance from Analysts 14. All IT duties as assigned
