Job Title: SBS IT Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite - Windsor, CT) Start Date Is: July 14, 2025 Duration: 6+ months (contract) Compensation Range: $56+ per hour Job Description: Lead and deliver infrastructure-focused IT projects through the full SDLC lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget execution. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Drive projects using PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Assemble and manage project teams and resources
- Maintain project schedules and financial forecasts
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and senior leadership
- Communicate project scope, risks, and status effectively
- Mentor junior project team members
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience with SDLC, PMBOK (Guide Five/Nine), Agile, and Waterfall
- Infrastructure project leadership (e.g., network upgrades, facility build-outs)
- Ability to present to senior executives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance knowledge
- Nice-to-Haves:
- PMP or Agile certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with executive-level reporting and presentations
