About You
- You hold a Master's level or above license in Mental Health Therapy such as LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (state-specific acceptance applies).
- You possess a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
