Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Build: Design and assemble automated systems with precision usingSolidWorksto meet specific operational needs.
  • Calibrate & Maintain: Calibrate and fine-tune automated machines to ensure they function optimally.
  • Troubleshoot: Diagnose and troubleshootmechanical, electrical, andsoftware issuesto keep production flowing smoothly.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate records of assembly procedures, modifications, and testing to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineers and team members to refine processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 10+ years of experience in automated machine design and system building
  • 5+ years of experience using SolidWorks as your primary design tool
  • Experience in the food, cosmetology, or pharmacy industries is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues with ease
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety in a manufacturing environment
