We currently have an exciting opportunity for Sr System Engineer (M365), End-User Engineering, to join our Tailored Technology team. This individual will manage and support the end user devices and applications in the environment. What you'll do • Possess a robust knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and be responsible for systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications. • Administer Teams messaging settings, including policies, and configurations. • Administer SharePoint Online environment. • Help engineer and adopt solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Automate and similar technologies as part of M365 bundle. • Advise and lead/co-lead M365 projects from start to finish, including proof of concepts, pilots, and initiatives and brief the status of those in a professional manner. • Lead the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes. • Implement Azure\O365 integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and better use M365 platform and services across the company and divisions. • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, customer plans, and strategic goals. • Deliver technical guidance based on Microsoft and company Best Practices. • Should possess in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and related identity services including multi-factor authentication. • Assist in managing tickets within the ticket queue. • Communicate with end users across the entire business to effectively drive recommendations and priorities across organizational boundaries. • Support end-users with answers to technical questions, describing best practices, and share that knowledge with end-users and team members. • Work with customers to analyze project requests and align proposed solutions with the product roadmap, customer plans, and strategic goals. • Leverage standard templates, tools, and organizational strategy to define services and ensure practices and processes are standardized and repeatable. • Design, Create, Test, and Maintain internal Windows Client Imaging infrastructure. • Evaluate and Test Hardware and Software platforms. • Bring external perspective and ideas from relevant sources, keep current with technology, government/policy impacts and industry best practices. • Build organizational capability by strengthening and adding new capabilities, technical skills, and competencies, and eliminates low-value activity with view to long range goals. What you'll bring • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 8+ years M365 Administration with an emphasis on SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams in an Enterprise environment with 1000+ users. • 5+ years scripting/automation using PowerShell or another scripting language. • 2+ years Power Automate. • 2+ years Intune exposure • 2+ years managing Conditional Access policies. • Experience with Product Governance. • Effective in presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely. • Strong presentation, organizational, written and communication skills. • Effective relationship building, negotiation and facilitation skills. • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Working experience with Single Sign-On integration between Azure AD, Office 365 and major SSO providers as well as enterprise SaaS applications skilled at balancing technical decisions with security and end user impacts. • Working knowledge of messaging and productivity tools, including Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/Exchange Online support in a hybrid environment • MCP or equivalent knowledge of Apple systems, Windows operating systems, O365 / M365 • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred. • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals preferred. • Teams Administrator Certification preferred.
