Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced People to join our team! You will be coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they can develop the skills, behaviors, and attitudes to become successful students and athletes.
You have a background in sports and are passionate about helping student-athletes reach their potential. With a talent for building communication, skill, and motivation in student teams, you are able to provide effective group and individual instruction to create exceptional experiences to help students grow.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and conduct practices
Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for games and competitive events
Adjust coaching techniques based on individual athletes
Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles
Use data-driven instruction in the teaching/learning process
Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes
Qualifications:
Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred
Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
Background in sports (athletics, fitness, physical education, etc.)
