Job Title: BT TRADE VOIP Engineer OR L3 Product Specialist Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Must possess a strong understanding of SIP & VOIP • Should have extremely good troubleshooting/analytical skills • Must be well versed in BT Trade product suite including Verba Voice recording • Must have at least TWO of below technical expertise • VoIP platform experience (CISCO/Avaya/Asterisk/Alcatel etc) • Session border controller (SBC) • Microsoft Teams / Azure • Voice gateways (VEGA , etc) • CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification • Voice Recording experience • E1/T1 technologies and Analogue Roles & Responsibilities Support and Maintenance of VoIP based turrets on trade floor Troubleshooting issues Analyzing Wireshark/product logs Provide Migration / change support Triage major incidents Drive major incident calls Generic Managerial Skills, If any Must have excellent written and spoken English. Must be able to work Education Bachelor of Technology Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 a year
