Assembler, you'll work hands-on with precision parts in a clean, organized, and

climate-controlled facility — all while enjoying a great schedule and a

What You'll Do

Follow standard operating procedures to complete a variety of tasks

Assemble small components by hand on an automated production line

Rotate between stations to stay sharp and energized

Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

Previous general labor experience is a plus

Strong hand-eye coordination for working with small parts

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, blueprints, packaging, mechanical assembly, machine operation, or production line work

No specific experience required — just a willingness to learn and show up consistently.

The Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6am–4pm (with optional overtime on Fridays)

Environment: Climate-controlled, music-friendly, and team-oriented

Location: Janesville, WI

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
