Compassionate Care In-Home Care is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to support our growing team. The Care Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between clients, caregivers, and office staff. This role involves managing client schedules, maintaining up-to-date care plans, supporting caregiver placement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Position: Care Coordinator
Pay: $22.00/hour Job Type: Full-time Location: Fresno, CA (In-Office)
What you'll do:
Coordinate and maintain daily/weekly caregiver schedules
Communicate with clients and families to understand care needs and preferences
Match appropriate caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, and availability
Monitor caregiver attendance and follow up on missed or late visits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans, and shift documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers
Respond promptly to client or caregiver concerns and escalate issues as needed
Track and ensure caregiver compliance with certifications, trainings, and documentation
What We're Looking For:
Clerical, or office experience required (Administrative, healthcare or caregiving industry experience is a plus!)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, compassionate, and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
