Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract job with a client in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities include leading due diligence and post-merger integration efforts and aligning M&A strategies with corporate goals through stakeholder collaboration and strategic planning. Rate Range: $53/hour to 68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Program Manager job responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage end-to-end M&A programs, including strategic planning, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely execution of project milestones.
- Oversee risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the M&A lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements during all phases of the M&A process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in M&A-related roles.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end M&A programs, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
- PMP certification is mandatory, with strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
