About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The position offers the potential to become permanent, depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality customer support in a fast-paced, account management-style environment
- Handle inbound and outbound phone communications with professionalism and clarity
- Perform data entry, manage customer records, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize MS Office tools for daily tasks
Must-Have Qualifications - Strong phone and computer skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- A positive, solution-oriented temperament
- Knowledge of electronics or mechanical aptitude is a strong plus
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
