Substitute School Nurse

DUTIES:

• Provide needed medical supervision and services for a medically frail student
• Support the students' academic, social and behavior management needs throughout the school day

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Must be Civil Service approved

Must be a NY State certified Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

Prospective employees must receive state and federal clearance based on a fingerprint-supported criminal history background check. Details are available from the district personnel office.

Ability to interact positively with faculty, staff and students on a daily basis
