Director of Athletic Performance Location: Liberty, MO, 64068 Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Athletic Performance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of athletic performance for our organization, including developing and implementing training programs, monitoring athlete progress, and working closely with coaches and medical staff to ensure optimal performance and injury prevention. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Collaborate with coaches and medical staff to ensure athlete health and safety
- Stay current on the latest trends and research in athletic performance
- Manage and supervise athletic performance staff
- Coordinate strength and conditioning programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g. CSCS, NSCA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in athletic performance training
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
