The Community at Brookmeade wants you to apply for our Supervisor position at Meadows, our premier skilled nursing facility! In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our Nursing staff at our award winning Skilled Nursing Facility. We also offer competitive pay and perks. *New Weekend Shift Differentials* *2nd & 3rd shifts Fridays & all shifts on Saturdays:Base pay + $11.50 differential= $52.50/hr*SUNDAYS ALL SHIFTS Base pay + $13.25 differential= $54.25/hr The available shifts for this position are:

Full Time (Days- 7 AM-3 PM) with Every Other Weekend

Part Time (Every Other Weekend - Days 7 AM-3 PM)

Every Other Friday & Saturday (Overnights - 11 PM-7 AM)
