- Lead & Support: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure Quality Care: Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes personal growth and independence for individuals receiving services.
- Problem-Solve & Communicate: Work closely with clients, families, and team members to identify needs, address concerns, and develop care plans. Maintain open and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed while maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and compliance records.
- Crisis Management & Advocacy: Respond to emergencies and behavioral challenges with professionalism and care, advocating for individuals' needs and well-being.
- Coordinate Services: Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other service providers to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide Transportation: When needed to transport individuals to appointments, activities, or community engagements.
Qualifications What You Bring: • Education & Experience: Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges. • Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience is a plus. • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and handle challenges with empathy. • Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation (Must have a clean driving record). • Pass Background Checks: state background check and required state screenings.
