Requirements:
- State of Florida Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
- Certification as a Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Willingness to Obtain
- 2+ Years of Primary Care Experience
Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Provides Education Related to Diabetes and The Disease Process.
- Medication, Diet, And Nutritional Monitoring Including Blood Glucose
- Provides Comprehensive Wound Care
- Collaborates With Physician and Other Medical Staff
- 100% Outpatient
- No Nights
- No Weekends
