SUMMARY
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, and under the supervision of Program Manager, the Residential Service Coordinator (RSC) will meet with clients residing in permanent supportive housing to sustain housing and wellness in partnership with case management staff. Primary responsibilities are to provide outreach and engagement to newly housed clients and to coordinate community integration activities supporting client satisfaction in housing. The Resident Services Coordinator also coordinates and implements organized on-site community building and adult education and wellness workshops.

1. Combination of field and office environment. 2. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend; occasionally lift or carry up to 35 lbs. 3. On occasion walk or drive to different local sites. 4. Will necessitate working in busy and loud environments. 5. Will be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise and odor. 6. May need to bend, stoop, twist, and sit throughout the day.
