Job Summary As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital part in our clinics by providing disease management, health promotion, preventive care, and patient education across diverse medical conditions and age groups. Primary Responsibilities

- Efficient Care Delivery: Manage clinic flow efficiently to reduce wait times and adapt to schedule changes or patient needs. You'll be the anchor in ensuring that our clinics run smoothly and that patients are seen promptly.
- Thorough Patient Assessments: Accurately assess and diagnose patients, identifying when specialist referrals, advanced imaging, or additional tests are necessary to ensure timely and appropriate care.
- Comprehensive Treatment Plans: Manage and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions by developing personalized care plans aimed at promoting long-term health and wellness.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with physicians and aftercare teams, and utilize state-of-the-art facilities to optimize the quality of patient care.
- Telemedicine Integration: Partner with our virtual care team to provide telemedicine services when necessary, using innovative technologies to improve accessibility and patient outcomes.
- AI-Powered Assistance: Leverage AI copilots to assist in patient documentation, decision-making support, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus more on direct patient care.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving processes and participate in team discussions to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Job RequirementsEducational Requirements:
- Master's degree in Pediatric Nurse Practice.
- New York State Certification and Licensure as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Board Certification through PNCB or ANCC.
Licensure and Certifications:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control certifications.
- FMCSA certification (must be obtained within three months of employment).
- Valid DEA Registration, CDL, and Suboxone certification are a plus.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA Compliance.
Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required. Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $125,000 - $188,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Earn up to 12.5% incentive bonus.
