Role and Responsibilities
Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Assist project team to prepare develop the schedule.
Perform all aspects of schedule updates with the project team.
Analyze and evaluate schedule updates and explain impacts to the project team.
Lead schedule presentations.
Cost and resource load the schedule.
Track change conditions and impacts to the schedule.
Write schedule narratives as required.
Identify and articulate schedule concerns and delays to the project stakeholders.
Provide team member training on P6 and scheduling concepts and responsibilities.
Additional duties as directed by Vice President
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality
Participate in site housekeeping
Interact with all co-workers and clients in an attentive courteous manner
Travel to project sites as required.
