Available Shifts & Pay: - 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Pay: $22-25/hr
What You'll Do: - Assemble, disassemble, and perform detailed process steps on medical products
- Meet quality and productivity goals based on established standards
- Route finished products to designated areas
- Conduct accurate inventory transactions and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts
What You Bring: - Previous experience in medical device manufacturing required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions in English
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and handling small parts
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
Physical Requirements: - Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed during shift
- Use of hands and arms for precision assembly
- Visual acuity including close and distance vision, depth perception, and color differentiation
- Moderate noise environment
