Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy that aligns with the unique needs of each client, promoting healing and resilience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
- Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, improving the quality of client care with your insights.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to high standards of professional practice.
- Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists to provide holistic mental health support.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Possession of a provisional license per state regulations if applicable.
- Educational background leading to professional licensing.
- A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
