About the Role

We are looking for a talented Vice President of Regulatory Reporting Business Analysis to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of key performance indicators (KPI) and key risk indicators (KRI) for regulatory reporting, as well as the creation of strategic dashboards using Power BI. Your expertise in Power BI - particularly in data modeling, report creation, and data visualization - will be crucial. A strong background in business analysis within banking, risk management, or finance, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is essential. Proficiency in SQL and DAX for data manipulation and analysis will be advantageous. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining management presentations of KPI/KRI metrics.
  • Conducting data analytics reviews and ensuring data quality through collaboration with data governance.
  • Supporting the governance functions related to regulatory reporting processes.
  • Managing meetings, change management, and issue management effectively.
  • Facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree or professional certifications like CPA or CFA preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
