We're actively seeking experienced and passionate Flight Nurses to become part of a dedicated clinical team providing advanced pre-hospital care in high-acuity transport settings. About the Role:
As a Flight Nurse, you'll be part of a high-performance crew delivering essential care during air or ground transport. You'll handle a wide range of clinical situations, responding quickly to patient needs and collaborating closely with fellow clinicians and emergency personnel.
What You'll Do:
Deliver advanced clinical care during medical transports
Perform assessments, administer treatment, and document interventions
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Support community outreach and operational initiatives
Collaborate with other team members to maintain high standards of service and safety
Schedule:
What We're Looking For:
Active RN license in the state of employment
At least 3 years of recent emergency or critical care experience (5+ preferred)
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Additional trauma certifications required (e.g., TNCC, ITLS, or equivalent)
Advanced transport credentials (CFRN) within 24 months of hire
Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively in dynamic situations
Must meet medical and physical qualifications for transport team readiness

Pay Details: $97,452.00 to $139,208.00 per year
