Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$55000-$65000/Yrs Description • Guide clients through new account setup processes. • Analyze and build company frameworks, convert and prepare data for entry. • Assist clients in payroll input and process initial payrolls. • Provide client training to ensure understanding of technology functions. • Escalate complex questions to lead or manager when necessary. • Cross-train to support additional services and resolve client issues. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the setup process. • Conduct detailed intake of client needs during welcome calls. • Maintain communication with clients during the implementation process. • Partner with specialists to review elected services. • Build company frameworks and prepare conversion data. • Process initial payrolls and train clients on software. • Maintain ongoing client updates and support team environment. • Handle daily cases and client requests for reports and payroll changes. Qualifications • 1 year of relevant experience in bookkeeping, financial services, or similar fields. • High School diploma, with an Associate's Degree preferable. • Ability to make day-to-day decisions regarding client implementation. • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. • Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge. • Detail-oriented with strong customer service and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • 1-2 years experience using the isolved payroll system.
