Job Summary:
WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter(ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians and Advanced Clinical Providers.
Responsibilities:
Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.
Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.
Provide excellent customer service for providers throughout the on-boarding and credentialing process.
Acts as the main point of contact for all advanced clinical new hires.
Manage the on-boarding progress for providers to ensure they are credentialed and onboarded in an efficient timeframe.
Utilize and manage various sourcing sites.
Attend local and national recruitment events on a quarterly basis.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) when screening candidates and posting positions.
Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
