Job Description :

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality MRI images to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, in accordance with physician orders. You'll play a key role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the imaging process. Job Title: MRI Technologist Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Pay: Base Pay + Sign-On Bonus + Benefits Schedule: Thursday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Benefits Include:

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school
  • New Mexico MRI License
  • ARRT MRI Certification - R.T.(R)(MR)(ARRT)
  • CPR Certification
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures following physician instructions.
  • Properly position patients and explain the procedure to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Accurately enter scan parameters and patient information into imaging systems.
  • Administer contrast agents as ordered and verify lab work.
  • Ensure patient screening for safety and communicate any risks associated with metal objects.
  • Monitor image quality and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct routine QA/QC checks on equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, patients, and support staff.
