Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the Advisor office. This team member will be instrumental in ensuring clients have the most memorable, positive experience. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationships and compliance support.

Minimum Requirements: - HS Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in working in a professional office and fast-paced environment
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite
- Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms
- Industry experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities: - Skillfully handle incoming calls, ensuring each is documented and directed accordingly
- Extend a warm welcome to guests and escort them to their destination
- Connect deeply with prospects and clients to craft personalized and remarkable experiences
- Engage actively in event planning
- Attend events not only to assist, but to provide an unforgettable first impression and coordinate appointments that resonate with attendees.
- Manage calendars and appointments, ensuring that every moment is productive and every schedule flows smoothly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date entries of prospects within the CRM database to streamline client interactions
- Oversee the supply inventory, ensuring the office operates effortlessly with all necessities at hand
- Prioritize daily tasks to be proactive in time management
