Works under the direction of the Nurse Leader according to Beaumont policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Essential Functions:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with patients and familiesApply patient- and family-centered care principles to personalize treatment plansCoordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and delegate appropriate tasksPerform technical procedures and operate equipment competentlyDocument care accurately and in a timely mannerProvide patient and family education and develop teaching strategiesMaintain clinical competence and participate in ongoing professional developmentParticipate in department meetings, handoffs, and quality initiativesQualifications:Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required; BSN preferred or required within a specified timeframe per contractMinimum 2 years nursing experienceMust have prior scrub experienceMust have prior EP/Cath experience.Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and comprehension)Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the rolePhysical Demands:Frequent standing and walkingOccasional bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pullingOccasional lifting up to 50 lbsModerate to loud noise environmentFeel free to apply or reach out to Tyler at ...@alinestaffing.com
