Job Title: Job Coach Location: Canby, OR Schedule: Part-Time

Now Offering a $500 Hiring Bonus for Part-Time Job Coaches! Community Access Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Job Coach in Canby. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them succeed and grow in community-based employment settings. If you're passionate about empowering others, enjoy active, hands-on work, and want to make a meaningful impact every day, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site coaching and support to individuals at their place of employment
  • Help individuals learn job tasks, develop soft skills, and navigate workplace expectations
  • Communicate regularly with employers and CAS staff to support client success
  • Monitor progress toward employment goals and complete required documentation
  • Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support and guidance
  • Promote inclusion and advocate for individuals' rights and workplace accommodations
What We're Looking for:
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or in a coaching/training role preferred—but we provide full training!
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a national background check
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to assist individuals with mobility and complete job tasks alongside them
