Job Type Full-time Description The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is a key technical leader within the Engineering department, responsible for driving strategic improvements to manufacturing operations across product lines. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in process development, and cross-functional collaboration to scale production capabilities. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads high-impact initiatives, mentors junior engineers, and plays a critical role in advancing the company's automation, quality, and productivity goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Lead the development, optimization, and scaling of complex manufacturing processes for new and existing products. • Design and implementation of advanced fixtures, tooling, and automation systems for welding, CNC machining, and assembly operations. • Identify, justify, and implement strategic process improvements that reduce cost, increase throughput, and enhance quality. • Define and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation. • Develop and standardize robust documentation and work instructions. • Participate in configuration management activities and executing engineering changes. • Maintain and improve ERP-integrated manufacturing data such as BOMs and routings. • Champion 6S and continuous improvement initiatives across shop floor environments. • Provide engineering support to shop floor, vendors, and other departments.
