Salary range $95,000 to $130,000 based on experience Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Design and implement process controls
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output
- Participate in new product development and launch processes
- Fill-in for the Quality-Shipping Manager when they are off
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process optimization and control methods
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
