• Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Driver's license (preferred)
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
