What You'll Do: As a Clinician in BHN's OTP, you will provide clinical and recovery-focused services as part of a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program supporting individuals working to achieve an opioid-free lifestyle. You'll guide individuals through their recovery journeys, assess needs, provide individual and group therapy, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic, and person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical best practices • Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy related to both mental health and substance use • Support individuals through medication-assisted treatment, including education and engagement • Monitor health, wellness, and daily functioning to support long-term recovery goals • Assist individuals in accessing community resources and building social support networks • Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to support treatment engagement What We Offer:
