About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Acquisitions and Licensing to spearhead our strategic initiatives in this crucial area. You will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy by developing and implementing a holistic acquisition and licensing plan. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying priority acquisition targets that align with our strategic goals.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with industry leaders and investment bankers.
• Managing the entire deal process from sourcing opportunities to post-transaction integration.
• Expanding our product portfolio and market share through innovative partnerships and licensing agreements.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and hands-on M&A professional with a solid history of success in financial, operational, and industry due diligence, along with expertise in negotiating favorable deal terms. We are seeking individuals with:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in corporate M&A, private equity deal teams, or as an investment banker at a mid to senior level.
• Preferred background in private equity firms and experience in the consumer products industry.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex transaction processes effectively.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
