As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero π¦Έ for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors π©Ί, medications π, appointments π , and benefits πΌ like a pro, armed with your knowledge π and amazing social skills π£οΈ. And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives β€οΈ.
π The Details
β’ π Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! π) β’ β° 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST β’ π§ 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! π§βπ«)
