Your role • Client Management: Supporting consultants in managing relationships with institutional clients, including coordinating meetings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication. • Report Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials that support the consulting team's work. • Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks like scheduling, managing email correspondence, and maintaining client databases. • Business Development Support: Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by assisting with marketing activities, preparing proposals, and researching potential clients. • Compliance: Ensuring that all administrative tasks are in compliance with relevant firm rules, regulations and industry standards. • Gain a deep understanding of the investment methodology employed by our team • Assist with detailed quantitative and qualitative research on mutual funds, collective investment trusts, separate accounts and other investment types commonly used for retirement investing • Support the team's recurring target date, stable value, and money market analysis • Schedule and participate in interviews with portfolio managers and other key investment team members to gather more information about investment products, write notes on the meetings. • Assist in producing well-informed evaluations on the attributes of investment managers and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee Detailed salary information: • Century City: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $65000 The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team Flagship Financial Partners is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Client Associate to support our Institutional Consulting business. This is a unique opportunity to develop and hone skills, learn about the institutional and retirement plan consulting business, and collaborate with peers and senior leadership to provide the best service to our institutional clients. The associate will support Institutional Consultants in the day to day servicing of institutional client relationships. Over time, the role's responsibilities may naturally evolve, with more client-facing opportunities and project leadership opportunities. Your expertise • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field • ideally around 1 Years of experience in the financial services industry • Strong Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal team members. • Social media skills will also be useful • Financial Acumen: A basic understanding of financial concepts and investment principles is helpful, although not required. • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve problems independently, while also working collaboratively with the consulting team.
