We are hiring for multiple assembly positions, based on experience and skill. We hire employees for every step of the manufacturing process. We don't expect applicants to have specific knowledge of our industry, so we train everyone from the ground up. Positions can include assembling small parts, simple soldering, production, and packaging. We work in small groups, with a strong focus on safety. The ability to follow directions and procedures is a must. We believe in promoting from within, so there are opportunities for employees to advance within the company. We understand that you might have other options for employment, including retail and fast food. Those jobs, however, often include working nights, holidays, weekends, and rotating shifts, with uncertain hours and few benefits. Our company offers a regular 40 hour work schedule, with no 2nd or 3rd shift work and a highly competitive benefits package.
