Summary The Compensation Administrator role will focus on designing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation programs. They will ensure that our compensation practices align with the organization's compensation philosophy and with the company's strategic objectives. This role will provide strategic recommendations on compensation on a daily basis. They will also participate in market analysis, salary surveys, and evaluation to enhance the organization's compensation programs. Compensation $ 68,000 - $74,000 (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities

  • Communicate compensation policies and programs to employees in a clear and transparent manner
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct job evaluations on an ongoing basis
    • Ensure equity in job evaluations and alignment to organizational goals
    • Provide guidance and support during salary negotiations for new hires and existing employees
    • Assess and evaluate compensation programs regularly to ensure the organization's compensation strategies are competitive
    • Make recommendations for adjustments to salary structures, incentive programs based on data analysis and industry best practices
  • Collaboration with HR leadership to create compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent
    • Complete annual compensation surveys
    • Stay up to date on compensation industry best practices
    • Generate and analyze reports for decision making related to compensation strategies
    • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience managing and administering compensation programs for an mid-size organization Required
  • Adept at job pricing/market benchmarking practices and US Compliance practices (FLSA, etc.) Required
  • Flexible approach, adaptable to change, team player Required
  • Advanced Excel skills Preferred
Education & Experience
  • Associate's Degree Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Five (5) - Eight (8) years of experience in Compensation or Human Resources Required
  • Six (6) - Nine (9) years of experience in Compensation or Human Resources Preferred
  • CCP License Preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
