SALARY $32.56 - $37.61 per hour New hires may earn a salary ranging from the minimum to the midpoint of the pay scale, with education and experience taken into consideration. LOCATION Seattle, WA (Hybrid) FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ROLE AND OUR MISSION TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE The Property Administrator provides high-level support to Plymouth's Property Management Department and serves as the primary liaison for departmental staff. Responsibilities include coordinating staff onboarding and training, delivering individual and group instruction on departmental procedures and software, and organizing weekly and monthly meetings. The Property Administrator manages key departmental documents such as leases, policies, and procedures, ensuring quality assurance and reporting standards are met. They compile data from various software systems to create reports for the Property Management team and present findings to the department. This role works closely with the Director of Property Management to identify and address relevant data points. Additional duties may include general administrative support as assigned. Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County, Plymouth is helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSINGAnalytics & Quality Assurance
  • Compile and analyze data to support departmental priorities and reporting.
  • Prepare reports on budget variances, energy efficiency, and tenant move-outs.
  • Conduct internal audits and peer reviews to ensure data accuracy.
Training & Onboarding
  • Coordinate and deliver training on departmental procedures and compliance topics.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials and support staff in using key software tools.
Document Management
  • Maintain and update leases, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage SharePoint content and ensure document version control.
  • Support the creation and distribution of tenant-facing documents.

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of voices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

  • Experience in property management or homeless services preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and present data clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable facilitating group training and using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with SharePoint and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Bostonpost) is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree or an equal combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential job functions.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce and tenant population is desired.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, Bostonpost or other property management software is desired.
  • Experience planning and conducting adult learning is desired.
