In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support to our experienced financial advisors and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment.

You'll assist in managing client inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to excellence in service. Requirements

Requirements:

· Experience in financial services is preferred, with a general understanding of investment related terminology

· Strong communication skills, including accurate typing and ability to compose emails and correspondence using correct grammar, spelling and business style

· Attention to detail and an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft suite programs and knowledge of CRM software

· Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check

Roles/Duties:

· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering questions in person and by phone

· Take initiative to handle account inquiries and escalate to financial advisors when appropriate

· Process new account openings and check deposits

· Maintain client records using Redtail CRM and Imaging systems

· Input and maintain compliance logs

· Generate appropriate forms and documents for account openings, transfers, and asset movement, as required by compliance

· Assist in client appointment preparation by generating reports and appropriate documentation

· Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with policies and guidelines

· Prepare mailings and other communications, adhering to compliance guidelines

· Assist with client events and other marketing support as needed

· Open and close office to service clients and assist advisors during business hours

· Other duties as assigned

This position is eligible for promotion to Advisor Associate based on performance and ability to pass licensing exams.
