Your Role as a Speech Therapy Professional

In this impactful role, you will:

• Evaluate and assess patients, developing and administering personalized treatment plans tailored to their speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify challenges and adjust therapy interventions as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document and track patient progress and response to treatment effectively.
• Celebrate each patient's milestones and successes as they progress on their journey to better communication.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
