This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PT to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Job Description:
- Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatment programs for patients of varying diagnoses and functional levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, injury prevention, and post-care strategies
- Accurately document patient progress and update treatment goals using electronic medical records
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy - Required
- Current Oregon PT License - Required
- American Heart Association BLS Certification - Required
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in an Inpatient or Outpatient Setting - Required
- Prior Travel Assignment Experience - Preferred
