About Our Client The client is a reputable mid-sized GC with over two decades of experience delivering high-quality commercial projects throughout Brooklyn and the five boroughs. Their portfolio spans retail, charter schools, healthcare clinics, mixed-use developments, and light industrial.   • Lead project execution from start to finish, including budgeting, buyout, and schedule creation
  • Act as the main point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal field teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Oversee procurement and track materials to align with jobsite needs
  • Coordinate closely with the Superintendent to ensure field activities are sequenced and efficient
  • Conduct OAC meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage cost tracking
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with city codes, DOB, and contract documents
  • Support billing, closeout procedures, and turnover documentation

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (ground-up and/or interior)
  • Proven track record delivering projects between $2M-$25M in urban environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong command of Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
  • Familiarity with NYC and Brooklyn regulatory processes, permitting, and inspections
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues proactively
