Job Description - Lead project execution from start to finish, including budgeting, buyout, and schedule creation
- Act as the main point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Oversee procurement and track materials to align with jobsite needs
- Coordinate closely with the Superintendent to ensure field activities are sequenced and efficient
- Conduct OAC meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage cost tracking
- Ensure quality control and compliance with city codes, DOB, and contract documents
- Support billing, closeout procedures, and turnover documentation

The Successful Applicant - 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (ground-up and/or interior)
- Proven track record delivering projects between $2M-$25M in urban environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience
- Strong command of Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Familiarity with NYC and Brooklyn regulatory processes, permitting, and inspections
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues proactively
