Our Services Include: Advising alternative investment managers with operations, due diligence, compliance, business development, and marketing strategies Providing fractional expert advisors in key operational areas for emerging and established investment firms Offering executive, life, health, and career coaching for individuals Delivering talent acquisition and leadership development solutions Developing SaaS applications for enterprise and consumer use What We Need: Arootah is growing fast, and we need a Head of Talent Acquisition to manage the hiring needs. Reporting to the CEO and COO, this top recruiting and talent professional will lead and manage the firms internal hiring; oversee the Business Advisory consultant on-boarding and staffing; and develop and manage the external recruiting/staffing for the firms clients. Arootah is a fast-paced, roll-up your sleeves environment, that needs a Head of Talent Acquisition with a growth mind-set and motivated to excel. What You'll Do:
    • Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talentfor Arootah.
    • Develop, own, and execute a full-cycle recruitment and staffing process for Arootah's hedge fund, alternative investment, and financial services clients.
    • Oversee Arootah'sAdvisory Database, ensuring consultant profiles are accurate and up to date.
    • Match advisors and consultants to client projects based on expertise, availability, and client needs.
    • Oversee the sourcing and onboarding new advisors to Arootah's network of experts.
    • Work with the Advisory team to assess consultant availability and align resources with client demand.
    • Partner with theAdvisory Sales teamto provide insights on available talent for client engagements.
    • Participate in client calls to explain Arootah's staffing and hiring processes.
    • Assist in developing sales materials related to hiring, staffing, and advisory services.
    • Maintain and optimizeLever (ATS), ensuring accurate data tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
    • Track key hiring metrics and provide leadership with regular updates and insights.
    • Provide market intelligence on hiring trends to enhance Arootah's talent offerings.
    • Identify and implement new sourcing strategies and tools to attract top talent.
    • Maintain compliance and accuracy in all hiring and advisory staffing records.
    • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and apply relevant strategies to strengthen Arootah's talent operations.
Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of experiencein talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing withinalternative investments(hedge funds, private debt & equity, venture, or other financial services). Some executive search or agency experience required.
    • Strong understanding ofindustry roles (operational and investment), hiring challenges, and market trendsin the alternative investment space.
    • Experience training and managing recruiters.
    • Experience managing anadvisory or consultant database, matching talent to client needs is preferred.
    • Proficiency inLever (ATS)or similar applicant tracking systems, with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
    • Excellentrelationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both candidates and clients.
    • Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field;SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiterpreferred.
    • Ability tosupport business development efforts, providing hiring insights and staffing solutions for client engagements.
$160,000 - $190,000 a year The estimated base salary for this role is $160,000 - $190,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)-a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company's ongoing success and potential future liquidity events.
