IFF inMadison, WIis seeking aTechnical Information Specialistto join our global documentation and customer support team!

This is ahybrid role, with two days per week working onsite. The position is responsible for managing technical product information requests and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with Business Units, Global Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and compliance.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manage customer document requests and queries using central data repositories and defined response policies
• Provide first-line support for document content and escalate to subject matter experts when needed
• Maintain and implement policies and procedures for effective delivery of responsibilities
• Develop and communicate performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to meet growing demands
• Monitor customer trends and identify needs for expanded documentation and automation
• Manage non-standard information demands by escalating to internal stakeholders
• Support documentation projects by providing requirements and testing data platforms
• Contribute to team performance by documenting and improving processes
• Participate in other team activities as needed

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality or regulatory functions (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and data platforms
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and initiative
• Ability to collaborate across functions and draw information from various sources
• Positive attitude and adaptability to changing environments
